Massimo was the ultimate 'little brother' guide and host! The excursions were enjoyable, the cooking classes a blast, and the scenery everywhere we went was breathtaking!

All in all an excellent vacation. My first trip like this and I'll surely do its again. Massimo handled EVERYTHING with humor, professionalism, and high energy. I just had to follow his lead!
Feedback regarding pace...I know we could always chose to not participate, but as a first time Italy traveler I didn't want to miss anything. By the end of the week we were all pretty exhausted! Perhaps a sensitivity to scheduling and the audience (we had 4 of 16 in the 'cane brigade') would serve the group better.
The last night (Friday) was not necessary. The place was nice, but the food was inedible. My eggplant antipasto was so salty I couldn't eat it. The beef was also too salty. The spinach was good! I believe after speaking with a number of 'family members' a quiet evening at Simonetta's restaurant may have been a better choice. We were all dragging and that experience wasn't worth the effort!
All in all a wonderful experience! Thank you!
